A Unique Space for Food Entrepreneurs
We are an award winning team of food producers.
We are makers, who know how to get things done.
We are passionate about small business.
And now, we are bringing our experience to the community table at Willamette Valley CookSpace, helping other small businesses to grow and thrive. Our commercial kitchen and food business incubator are designed for local makers who want to bring new products and brands to the market, or grow a current brand. We’ve been there, and we’re putting our experience to use to support the local food economy, one small batch at a time.
Who...? What...? How....?
Brought to you by the founders of the award-winning Republic of Jam, the Willamette Valley CookSpace provides whole-business solutions for food entrepreneurs in Yamhill County and beyond. By offering both a community kitchen work space for rent and business incubator services that range from developing new products and establishing your business to fine tuning your marketing and managing your packaging, labeling, ingredient sourcing and retail placement, we are uniquely positioned to be the springboard for small brand food producers and emerging products.

You’ve got to start somewhere
The complicated mix of bringing a product to market can overwhelm even the most prepared food entrepreneur. Simply identifying and understanding the rules and best practices surrounding compliance, labeling, ingredient sourcing, packaging, branding, and marketing can be a dizzying prospect, and drive your focus away from your product. We’ve been there, and we can help. Our business incubator provides consulting packages specially crafted for small food businesses, assisting you with proactive solutions to the issues that food producers face every day.
